How far in advance should I book Apex Trial Solutions?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally 2–4 weeks before your trial date. The earlier we connect, the more thoroughly we can prepare your exhibit database and coordinate with your team. That said, we understand litigation moves fast and we'll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.
Do you provide your own equipment, or use what's in the courtroom?
We bring professional-grade equipment to every engagement, including laptops, cables, adapters, and backup hardware. We also work seamlessly with existing courtroom AV systems and can coordinate equipment rental for larger setups. We arrive with contingency plans so nothing stops the presentation.
What software platforms do you work with?
We specialize in OnCue and are proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. We can work with virtually any trial presentation platform your team prefers. If you use something we haven't listed, just ask — we're fast learners and committed to using what works best for your case.
Do you work outside of Florida?
